[Early this nice morning, Kohaku had woken up very confused, with a whole jumble of new-ish memories. She didn't even start to walk around until she figured out how to make new holes in the back of her clothes again. But once she did, she found herself looking around the forest looking like a kid on Christmas morning. Oddly excited, oh so very curious, but very, very lost and confused. And instead of trying to remember anything so suddenly, she looks up to the tree she had been placed under.]

Might you know why I'm here? [The journal may not pick up any other sound than the wind, but Kohaku got one loud and clear.] Oh...that sounds familiar...Thank you.

[Once she got her answer, nothing else is heard over the journals. Instead she has started to roam, and memories of the forest had mostly came back to her as she almost instinctively finds her way to the village. Though by that time, she has already gathered a few friends.

As she walk around, it's almost impossible to not notice the pretty red birds. Each on one shoulder. And a bunny she's holding, carrying it ontop of her journal. Talking to them, and asking questions quite often. But she does have that confused look of a new feather, but at least not the clothes. Just don't mind her staring at you as you walk by, since she is trying her best to remember people now.


Eventually though, later in the day she can be found situated very neatly by the fountain, under a tree. Yes, sitting in the snow, still watching people, but she's finally remembers the most important thing. The book she's been carrying around all day!]

Uhm....hello? If I'm remembering this right, people can hear me!

I've been gone a very long time, but everything looks familiar so it might be longer for me than it was here. I would really like to know if some of my friends are still here, if that's not too much trouble.

Oh no, wait! I'm sorry, I'm supposed to introduce myself first... [She figures it's a bit too late, she she lets out an almost depressed sigh.] My name's Kohaku...I guess it's obvious I was here before now...

Good afternoon, Kohaku. I don't remember you, so you've been gone longer than eight months now.

Do you need any help?

I was thinking it might be closer to years. It would be strange if it wasn't.

Oh, I don't know...I can't really remember everything just yet.

[Voice]

Well, tell me where you are and I'll come meet you. Today's sunny at least, and I could use the walk.

I'm sitting under a tree that's near the fountain...there is still just one, right?

[Voice--Action]

Well then I'll see you shortly. There is still only one fountain.

[A little while later, Saori approaches, looking for the girl she'd seen in the journal...]

[When Kohaku sees someone walking up to she'll hop right up, and brush any snow off of her pants.]

Wait. You remember being here before? [Suki's a little jealous because can't remember being here before.]

Yes, mostly. Some memories are still coming back though.

If you don't mind me asking, do you know how long you've been gone from this place?

To me it's been at least two-hundred years...I don't know how long it's been here...I only know it's more than eight months.

[She was going to say something about the eight months, but...] Two hundred years? Not even Kyoshi lived for that long.

Well, angels have a much longer life than humans.

And how are we going to know if your friends are here unless you gives us some names? With the way this place goes you could have been here five different times and have gotten five different sets of friends.

Forget that, do you need help getting to the village? And if you need a place to stay for a while, I doubt Smoker will complain if you come with us. You still get tiny during the night?

Oh, oops...I guess that would've been more helpful.

No, I remembered the way! And that would be nice, but no. Not anymore.

"Not anymore", you don't turn tiny or you don't need a place to crash in? If it's the tiny thing we have space for you anyway.

I'm assuming you remember Smoker, though. If you don't it would be helpful if you say so, I won't back off the offer anyway.

Become small. I've had a long time to master my magic...I really do need somewhere to stay though.

Of course I do! [She sounds almost hurt by that.] I remember you too Ikki.

[He didn't expect her to remember him, to be honest. Smoker was a given, but him? It's a good thing though.]

Good, no need to introduce myself to you again. Don't take it badly, you've been around recently actually, but without memories. Smoker is going to be delighted to see you again.

[He was happy back then, but that she didn't have her memories dampened it a bit.]

I'll go and get honey and milk in great doses. We have run out of honey since you left. Want company to get to the apartment or to grab something you may need from the shops?

I was? It's strange that I don't remember that..But I'm happy I get to see him again.

[Then again, th is place is strange, so she won't let that bother her.]

Company would be nice. I still don't remember where everything is, but I can help you with the milk and honey. I don't need that much.

Of course Smoker, I'm fine.

And you remember me. It's been awhile. Anything interesting happen back home?

A few interesting things did happen...but it's been a few hundred years since then..
