[It's been over three weeks since Kohaku has come back here. All of her memories seem to be back...that she's aware of. And she's been out and around everywhere just about everyday since her first day back. Mostly she's been trying to find things to do, but since it is winter, her attempts at finding things to do just hasn't gotten her anywhere. Back home she had gotten used to having things to do. But here? She has no errands, and more importantly, she has no garden to take care of. And while she does like winter, spring is closer to her favorite. So today seems like a good day to ask for something to do, and she knows the perfect thing.]

Hello. To those that are taking care of the flower shop, I was wondering if I could help out too. I'm very good at taking care of plants, since I take care of a garden back home, and I miss that very much already. So if you say yes, I promise I'll do really good. I can even do all of the watering that's needed!

If not, I undertand. There's probably a few people there already.

[After asking, she can't help but feel a little anxious, since she really would like to be there and have something to do. So while she waits, she'll go looking for something to keep herself busy. And not long after, she's found herself at one of the bridges, and seeing that there's still some ice to walk on. So she'll walk down to the frozen water, setting her open journal on the grass near her as she steps onto the ice.

She never had the chance to walk on ice, especially since the only water back home by Shuichiro's house. People got mad at the children who would even look like they were about to try it.

So if you're nearby, there might be an interesting scene going on. She doesn't have the right shoes on for walking on ice.]

No, not really. It's just a little more slippery than I thought it was going to be.

Well, ice is usually very slippery, yes.

Promise me you want fall and break anything?

[Just grabs a seat nearby. Say what you want Kohaku, but there is no way Smoker is just going to leave her barefoot on a frozen river without keeping an eye on her.]

I can't promise that, but I hope I won't fall.

[Alright, if you're gonna watch-] Why don't you come on the ice too?

Because I'm not an ice skater.

[And he's like a giant or something. He peers at the ice to try to figure out its thickness, but yeah, he's doubting that it's safe...]

I'm glad you're having fun though.

Neither am I.

[Which is made obvious by her feet. Though she is starting to get cold, so a nice pair of warm shoes will appear on her.]

It can't be that fun to watch though.

I'm worried I'll crack the ice.

And anyway, it is more fun to watch you.

I can't be that fun to watching...I'm not ice skating, or doing anything.

[To prove her point, she'll take a few steps around. And end up doing just as anyone would expect her to do, take a small fall. No ice craked though!]

[Winces!! Damn. He was afraid of that. He reaches out a smoke arm to gently lift her up and steady her.]

Okay, you caught me. I was worried you were going to do that. Are you all right?

[Getting picked up by smoke is a very weird feeling, but at least she's kinda laughing a bit.]

Of course I'm okay. I didn't fall that hard. You worry too much.

Hey, normal people break bones doing this even when they aren't sliding about barefoot.

[Okay she looks safe now... well, safer so he sets her back and collects his arm.] That's not worrying, it's having foresight and common sense. [Stubborn nod!]

But I'm not normal. With how much I weigh, just falling down doesn't hurt me much.

[She'll be more careful with her walking around now.]

You have to worry about those things before though..

Tashigi doesn't weigh much either but she could still poke someone's eye out by tripping.

I don't think I could do that.

[She doesn't have anything pointy on, and when she falls, she usually tries to catch herslf with her arms.]

You could still get hurt.

But it's just ice.

Which is slippery.

So is water.

Ice is worse because when it's liquid it sinks and fills up grooves. Ice just stays solid and slick.

That's true...but I can't really hurt myself by just falling.

[It's been a long time since she flew everywhere, but it comes back by instinct.]

Maybe... Unless you get frostbite. Is that possible?

I would think so..? I'm not quite sure.

[Twitches. He's not a doctor so he doesn't know how to check for such things, but she did put her shoes back on at least.]
