[The first thing one can see when looking in their journal, is Kohaku staring right back. It's obvious she's wet, and has quite a few spots of mud on her face, but if you watch her for long enough, it's pretty easy to tell she's not moving. Why? She is currently being held down by something! She can use her hands and feet just fine, but when she tries to get up...well, the only thing that happens is that she gets more mud on her face.

Eventually she stares at the book for too long though-]

Hello...I know it's kind of wet outside, and I think I'm stuck...or something heavy is on me, and I can't get up! I can't even turn around to see what it is...but I was wondering if someone could help. I would really like to be inside.

I understand if you don't want to help though. It's not very nice out.


[Although she doesn't like it, she could stay outside for the rest of the day without any problems, but laying in some mud, and grass is decently uncomfortable for her. Anybody walking around the edge of the forest should be able to spot her, since purple clothes don't exactly go with green! And if they watch her she looks like she's trying her very first push-up.(Which she kind of is) She doesn't get very high before she flops back down to the ground.

At least things can't get any worse!]

Yes, it's just harder to do.

Any sluggish feelings, as if your limbs won't respond to what you wish them to do?

Nope. Just heavy..

[She doesn't know how else to explain it!]

Mm....Well, don't push yourself, if you can. Do you hear anyone coming closer?

I won't. [She's given up on her push-ups.]

And yes, I think so.

Can you call out? I don't think I hear you so it may be Tammy.

voice;

[amberguardian]

[She'll yell out for Tammy as loud as possible then. She hardly ever yells, so it's not the loudest of yells.]

voice;

[ahappylie]

[And the bird will bust out of the underbrush and wark at Kohaku. Souji, hearing this, abruptly turns around and starts running back in the other direction.]

Well, I owe her a bunch of new greens then. I was certain I'd be the one to find you.

voice;

[amberguardian]

[Kohaku will jump at the wark, but she is happy to see Tammy. She was gone for to long.]

You made it a bet?

voice;

[ahappylie]

I thought it might be fun and Tammy likes greens.

[He's slightly out of breath since he's talking while running, but he still tries to answer her question.]

Can you reach the pack on her back?

voice;

[amberguardian]

That's fair.

[Give her a minute to try another push-up, and fails.]

I could if I could sit up.

voice;

[ahappylie]

Alright. I'll be there soon. Tammy, if you can hear me, sit beside Kohaku-chan, please.

[He's halfway there, if the chocobo's tracks are reliable.]

voice;

[Once Tammy does it takes a few attempts to grab it, but she does!]

...What am I supposed to get out of it..?

There should be towels and an umbrella in there for you. It should at least help keep the rain off.

I'm almost there.

...But I'm already wet...

[So she will only take out the umbrella, and open it. Just to get the rain on her head to stop.]

action;

[ahappylie]

[He arrives a few minutes later, but stops running a few paces out of her view. He takes the time to compose himself, steady his breathing and pull out a towel from the pack he was carrying. He emerges when he's calmer-looking and smiles at her.]

Still, it would be best to get the water off, don't you think?

action;

[amberguardian]

[She'll move the umbrella when he comes, so she can actually see him. But of course that means she's getting rained on again.]

Well, yes. But that's hard to do when it's raining.]

action;

[ahappylie]

Yes, it is.

[He comes over and moves his umbrella so it is helps cover her, then hands her the towel.]

You don't seem to be held down by anything. Shall we try to get you up?

action;

[amberguardian]

[She'll take that towel and only using it to wipe off her face, because she knows she looks a little silly with mud all over.]

But how..?

action;

[ahappylie]

[He balances the umbrella on his shoulder and holds a hand out for her.]

action;

[amberguardian]

[Give her a few tries, and she'll grab his hand and hold on tightly.]

action;

[ahappylie]

[Souji supports her forearm with his other hand and starts to pull her up - and is immediately confused by her weight. She's not heavy by any means, but she does seem heavier than she used to be.]

? Can you stand?

action;

[amberguardian]

[It'll take a little bit, but eventually she'll move so she's kneeling on one knee, and she's just a little bit wobbly.]

...I don't think so.

action;

[ahappylie]

Here, let me help. [it feels as if she has no power to her limbs at all. He kneels down next to her and slips an arm under hers and around her shoulders. He tries to help lift and support her as she climbs to her feet, but the umbrellas fall to the ground.]
